Directions for use:

 Can be used when the diet is diversified. Shake before use.

Before 5 years: 1 teaspoon per day after dinner

After 5 years: 1 to 2 teaspoons per day after lunch and/or dinner (The 2 spoons can be taken at the same time in the evening if the child eats at home lunch canteen).
